However, the health benefits of drinking green tea are not limited to merely improving cognitive abilities and creative output.
The abundance of antioxidants that may be found in green tea may have good benefits on the brain, such as assisting in the prevention of ageing that is caused by stress and lowering the chance of cognitive impairment in older age.

According to what main researcher Dr. Mathias Benedek published in the journal Consciousness and Cognition, alcohol has a strong connection to creativity.
Dr. Benedek provided some insight into the possible mechanism behind this impact by stating, “There are two possibilities regarding how this works.”
The first issue is that when you are truly concentrating on finding a solution to a problem, it is easy to become obsessed, to the point where your mind becomes set on just one approach to dealing with it.
“Alcohol consumption makes it more difficult to keep all of the characteristics of the task in mind, but the fact that this makes it more difficult might also help you approach it from a different way.”
“The second argument is that alcohol, by diverting your attention away from the primary work at hand, enables you to access your unconscious mind and find alternate solutions.”
Coffee
